At Good-Natured Statistics, data analysis is more than a service. It is both a profession and a way of life.
I offer expert statistical consulting for businesses, researchers, and graduate students who need clear answers from complex data. My goal is to provide thoughtful, high-quality analysis that helps clients gain insight, make stronger decisions, and move forward with greater confidence. Whether your project is academic, professional, or research-based, I work with you to turn confusing information into meaningful results.
I am a biostatistician and the principal investigator of a 20-year study of free-ranging bottlenose dolphins in the waters off St. Petersburg, Florida.
My research examines dolphin behavior before, during, and after major coastal construction, explores remarkable cultural behaviors, and studies how dolphins recover from serious wounds, often shark bites, without medical intervention. This work continues to shape the way I think about data, patterns, resilience, and discovery.
In a very real sense, my consulting work helps support that research. On behalf of the only animals in the world known to come out of nature voluntarily to help protect people from drowning and sharks, I offer my sincere thanks.
